FAQs
To better help your customers, create a page of frequently asked questions or include them in your Support page. The FAQ pod can be added to Page Sections and Grids.
FAQ template
Once you add your FAQ pod, you can start creating your list of questions. You can add multiple sections to your FAQ list to better organize topics. Start by Adding a line under “Section Title.” For your Section, you will have to choose a title and icon.
The default icon is an info icon. To see more icon options, type in the /test-components slug after your website URL. Add the icon name you want to your FAQ pod.
You can add questions after you save your “Section.” Once you click into your Section, you will see two tabs, Intro Text and Items
- Add an optional description in Intro Text. This text will appear under your title and above the questions.
- Add your questions under the Items tab.
Adding in your FAQs
Add a line to enter your first question. After you fill out your “Question” and “Answer,” you can SAVE & CLOSE or SAVE & NEW to continue adding more.

Save and publish
To see your updated content on your website, you need to publish your page. In the Websites App, click on the Publish tab. Once there, click the Create button. On the next screen, you will select the website you want the page to publish to (if you have multiple websites) and check the Pages checkbox. Click Save at the top, then click Start.
