Steersman Terms of Service

Specific policies, terms, and conditions of service provided by Steersman Company are spelled out on Steersman contracts or agreements mutually executed by Steersman and the client, or terms documents supplied therewith. This page provides only select general clauses, some of which may be overridden by a specific agreement between Steersman Company and its client

Privacy

Steersman Company recognizes that the protection of personal information that it receives from customers for the purpose of payment processing is very important.

We do not sell, rent, give out, or exchange such information with third parties for any reason except for the processing and fulfillment of your order or of your agreement with us.

Sensitive information you entrust to Steersman for the purpose of electronic payment processing is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database where it is protected and accessible only by authorized personnel. As a security precaution, we do not store complete information about our customers’ payment methods.

Payments

Our options include wire transfers, payments by check, or card payments.

By providing a payment card via our electronic payment processing system, a client approves the use of such payment card for payment of future invoices that may become due per a mutually executed contract or agreement between client and Steersman Company. Client can remove a saved payment card from its account at any time via our online client portal, where such saved card is first added.

Refunds

Steersman Company does not provide refunds under any circumstances except as specified in any mutually executed contract or agreement between Steersman and the client that relates to the payment for which the client may desire a refund.
