Steersman Odoo Feature: Activities Manager was designed to help managers oversee, manage, and reassign work efficiently, ensuring continuity and maximizing team performance in the event of employee absences, departmental changes, or employee offboarding.

No Installation Required

This feature does not require any additional features or modules to be installed or configured. Steersman provides this feature out of the box to all customers.

Configure a User to be an Activities Manager

Enabling the ‘Activities Manager’ technical permission group for the user will grant access to see tasks assigned to other users.

View All Activities

Activity Managers will have access to a new menu called ‘All Activities’ in the Discuss app, which will provide a list view of all activities in the system. Each activity will be color-coded as well:

  • Red: Late activities
  • Green: Activities due today
  • Black: Activities due in the future.

Advanced Sorting and Filtering

Activities can be sorted, grouped, and filtered based on the given parameters established by the activities manager to help sort through and locate activities by various types of information available.
