Auto-Print Invoices and Receipts from the Charge Screen
Steersman’s Odoo Feature: Print Invoices and Receipts provides new configuration options for the payment acquirer, enabling the auto-printing of invoices and linked credit memos, as well as payment receipts, when a payment is confirmed after a transaction is run from the charge screen. This feature is another Payment Enhancement from Steersman for Odoo ERP payment acquirers (credit cards, payment tokens, credit card terminals, etc.).
The default configuration for auto-printing on the payment acquirer will be loaded into the Charge Screen when taking a payment; however, these options can be overwritten if needed.
Once the payment is confirmed, Odoo will automatically print the Invoice and any linked credit memos to the document printer using Steersman’s Workstation app for Odoo.
The payment receipt PDF will also be printed, providing important details such as credit memos and payment transactions applied to the invoice.
