A user can configure a workstation to use a specific credit card terminal to process customer transactions and determine which workstations can collect payments, as well as set a journal to be used and determine how the payment should be routed. Workstations also allow users to specify specific PDF and label printers that will be used to print documents, such as invoices, delivery slips, and picking slips, as well as labels like shipping labels or barcode labels.

Our Workstation app enables direct printing to printers (both regular and Zebra types) without the need for a Raspberry Pi device. Transactions can be sent directly to a card terminal for processing through NMI’s gateway.
